We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Developer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline and improve business processes. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to apply their technical knowledge and learn hands-on in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation tools and integrations to reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy and efficiency
- Test, debug, and maintain automation workflows and code
- Set up and manage tools, accounts, and environments to support staff in using automated systems
- Document workflows and technical specifications to ensure maintainability and team knowledge sharing
- Identify opportunities for process automation and propose improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain smooth automation performance
- Adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements to ensure systems remain effective and up to date
Required Qualifications
These are the minimum qualifications a candidate must possess to be considered for the position:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic computer literacy, including typing, research, spreadsheet management, and AI tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Curiosity and a proactive attitude toward emerging technologies, especially rapidly evolving AI tools and frameworks
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferred Qualifications:
These are additional skills and experiences that are not required but would give candidates a competitive advantage:
- Experience working with automation tools or in a systems development company
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar
- Understanding of the Japanese language (spoken or written) is an advantage
- Demonstrated interest in process improvement, workflow automation, or digital transformation projects
- Experience in testing, debugging, or documenting systems or software
